The prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars.

Unless stated in a Promotion, we do not offer discounts for bulk purchase. For clinics which are looking to carry our products, please contact us at [email protected].

Delivery & Returns

We estimate domestic shipping within Singapore transit to be between 2-5 business days of placing your order.

Shipments to locations outside of Singapore can take between 5 – 21 days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery time may vary.

Delays may occur as a result of conditions beyond our control, such as COVID-19 restrictions, peak volume, missing delivery information, service interruption, severe weather and customs clearance.

You’ll be given a tracking number to track the delivery of your package once we have prepared your shipment confirmation.

Please note that additional taxes and customs fees may apply at the cost of the customer. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

We are required by law to declare all items at full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. For exact rates, please check with your local customs office for more details.

Many people have benefited from our products and we believe you will, too.

However, you may return items for any reason within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping charges) for unopened items in the original form of payment.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. You will need to bear the return shipping fee and any cost incurred.

Email us your tracking no. and name of the courier service company as soon as you’ve proceeded with the return. This will help us processing your refund faster.

It is advisable that you insure the returned items as the onus is on you to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable if they are damaged or lost before they arrive at our warehouse.

The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
